You can ask Divya Technologies to delete your Mana Society account and associated personal information. This page applies to both society administrators and residents.
Email our support team
Send the request from an email you can access and include your registered mobile number, society name and flat number. We will use those details only to locate the correct account and verify the request.
Request account deletionWhat will be deleted
After verification, we will delete or anonymise your profile, login association, device notification tokens and personal information that is not required to be retained.
What may be retained
Limited society-level payment, expense, approval, voting or audit records may be retained or anonymised where reasonably necessary to protect other residents’ records, preserve accounting integrity, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or comply with law. We will not retain more personal information than necessary for those purposes.
Processing time
We will acknowledge your request and may ask for reasonable verification. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days unless applicable law permits or requires a longer period.
Deleting an entire society
A request to delete an entire society must come from its authorised administrator or lawful successor. We may require additional verification because deletion affects all resident records.
