These Terms govern your access to and use of Mana Society, a service provided by Divya Technologies. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms.

Purpose of the service

Mana Society provides tools for small residential societies to maintain records, communicate, manage approvals, record income and expenses, conduct votes and organise amenities. The application is a record-management service and does not hold society funds.

Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials and mobile device. Society administrators are responsible for inviting authorised residents, assigning roles and ensuring that society information is entered with appropriate authority.

Society records and decisions

Administrators and authorised users remain responsible for the correctness of payment, expense, employee, voting and other society records. Mana Society does not replace statutory accounts, professional advice, committee resolutions or obligations under applicable law.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, access another user’s information without authority, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with security, impersonate another person, or use the service to harass or defraud others.

Subscriptions

Some features may be provided under a paid subscription based on society size and billing period. Current price, billing period and applicable payment terms will be shown before a paid transaction. Purchases made through an app store are also governed by that store’s terms.

Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change as we improve the product. We may restrict access where necessary for security, legal compliance or serious misuse.

Intellectual property

Mana Society, its design, software and branding are owned by Divya Technologies or its licensors. Users retain ownership of content they lawfully provide and grant us the limited permission needed to operate the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Divya Technologies is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate society records, unauthorised administrator actions, decisions made by a society, connectivity failures or events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
